About Your Coach

Lauren is a Reiki master, Gut Health expert, and Nutrition, Performance, and Recovery Coach. Obsessed with gut health, Reiki, and self-love as an utmost priority, she loves empowering women to heal and balance on all levels, and to feel awesome again at what they love.

Lauren is author of the book "Powerful, Not Tired", as well as “Couch to 50 miles”, an inspirational story of her transformation journey from scarcity and survival to learning the secrets of nutrition, training, recovery, and inner peace.

Lauren is a UESCA certified Ultrarunning Coach with a specialization in Sports Psychology and Performance; IFS Level 1 trained; Ixcela Internal Fitness Pro Partner, Certified Yoga Instructor, and Certified Reiki Master.
