Cancellation Policy

Ultra Nutrition Program Policies 1. Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling We understand that unexpected situations arise; however, to respect the time of our coaches and other clients, cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of a scheduled appointment will incur a $50 fee. 2. Scope of Practice & Disclaimer Ultra Nutrition and its health coaches are not medical or licensed healthcare professionals. Our role is to provide education, guidance, and lifestyle recommendations based on endurance sports nutrition principles. We do not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace medical care. By participating in this program, the client acknowledges that: All recommendations, including but not limited to nutrition, training, supplements, movement, and stress management strategies, are for informational purposes only. It is the client’s responsibility to consult with their licensed healthcare provider before implementing any suggestions. Ultra Nutrition and its health coaches are not liable for any health outcomes resulting from the application of suggested wellness strategies. By engaging in this program, the client agrees to these terms and acknowledges their personal responsibility in making informed health decisions.
