Hi, I'm Lauren Callahan.

Integrative Wellness Consultant and Speaker, former therapist, and ultra endurance athlete who helps high performers support their bodies so they can sustain the life they are already leading.

​

My perspective comes from both professional training and lived experience. As a former therapist and Internal Family Systems practitioner, I understand the behavioral and emotional patterns that drive high performers. As an athlete who has completed multiple ultra marathons, including two 100-mile races, and two full Ironman events, I've spent years pushing my body to its limits while balancing motherhood, business, and everyday life.

​

My work centers on a simple starting point. By focusing on gut health and foundational nutrition, I help leaders improve energy, support mood, recover more effectively, and build the capacity required to handle the demands of their lives.

​

I am a doctoral student at the American College of Healthcare Sciences.  I also hold certifications as a NASM Nutrition Coach and Sports Nutrition Coach, a UESCA Ultrarunning Coach with specialization in Performance Psychology, and a Certified Yoga Instructor, and am an Executive Contributor for BRAINZ Magazine.

​

I live the same high-demand life as the leaders I work with. I am a business owner, wife, mother, and ultra endurance athlete who continues to train, build, scale, and apply the principles I teach every day.
